But first I need to try these things Astro suggested:

* burn incense in Astro's living room and then his bedroom while he gets ready for bed.

* eat spicy breakfast and or lunch with Astro.

* decaf tea? I prefer herbal !

* have Astro read to me.

* shower with Astro.

* exercise with Astro in bed for a few hours.

He's right! I haven't tried these things
