Wow, nobody whining today?

My whine is that its sooo cold. It's a whooping 13 degrees and its 3:00 in the afternoon. I feel like I live in Alaska today. The heat keeps running and running. There goes the gas bill.

My whine du jour is that AGAIN we have snow and white-out conditions making the roads treacherous and it's so bitter cold my Toby doesn't want out for even 5 minutes.

Where IS the greenhouse effect when I need it????? Global warming, schmobal schwarming pfffffffffffft.

I'm really whinny today and grumpy. Not having a good day so far at all. First my other cat Kitty-Sue peed on the stool next to the computer. I hope she's not diabetic too. We can't afford two of them with this disease. It's $80 a month for Tammy's insulin.

Then I just burn the top of my foot making ice tea. Being a cluts that i am. Now I have a red mark on the top of my foot. God, I hope the rest of my day goes better. But I'm not going to drink over any of this. It's too cold to get the **** stuff anyway.

My whine is that the finger that I cut a couple weeks ago is now infected. I got the splinter out the day it happened, and it was very clean, but today....uh-oh it's not doing well. So tomorrow morning I see the doc and I DON'T WANNA GO!! I DON'T WANT A SHOT! I DON'T WANT HER TO SLICE IT OPEN!!!

You are braver than me. I am a wimp. I got a sliver of glass in my foot several months ago and went to the doctor because instead of getting infected it built a capsule around it and it made it more painful to walk. Well, the doctor couldn't get it out as she couldn't find the sliver after scraping and soaking for 2 hours. It is still in their and I don't want to deal with having to go in to a podiatrist to have him do surgery to cut it out so I have just been taking a razor blade to it when it gets to thick. Not real bright I am sure. Guess I should follow your example and just make the darn appointment and deal with it. Probably would be less painful in the long run....
