I think I've adopted them, sort of as the Royal Family of Whiners.
Whine du jour is a major blizzard that is keeping us from going out of town for the weekend. Over a foot of snow and high winds (that's the clincher) just makes me ugly-whine something awful. There better be an "out for dinner at a fine restaurant in town" in here somewhere or the whine will be so high pitched that only a well trained dog will be able to hear it.
The Queen of Whines is not amused by snow.

No Power all day so no SR and no email. When the power came back on there was a smell of electrical burning, the trip switch went off and that part of teh house can stay off until I find out whats up.

I've been wanting snow forever.....Atlanta is now predicted to get 1-7 inches of snow today, into tonight.
My whine? I really need to work, but don't think I want to get on the road for the 40-mile (one way) trek to work with people who don't know how to slow down. Also, I am supposed to actually meet a friend from SR (her and hubby flying in today on business)...why couldn't the snow come on my day off, when I'm bored and have no plans?

Its Sunday Morning and I am about to try to find the problem Rusty.
