I am feeling like I WILL BE SORE later from my yoga class. The instructor is good but she's very Inyegar and intense. No music, no incense. It makes it seem like work I tell ya! I always feel a little beat up after going to that class. But beat up in a good way

Rella - I am so sorry you are having difficulty with said dickwads at work. I don't know about kicking wood but a smack upside the head with a 2x4 never hurts! Good luck and let me know if you need someone to bail you out!
Tan - sorry about the car and that you jacked your back - at least you have an excuse not to clean the bathroom next time. I know you're overwhelmed and going through a lot these days - continue to get rest and try to stay positive hon. Everything will fall into place.

I talked to Stoney this morning he's around but his tumour is bothering him so he went back to bed, poor thing. He's the only man I know who spends more time in bed than I do. I slept like a rock this afternoon. Note to self: do rocks sleep?

Yeah I took Friday off to go check out the new pad and Hit a couple meetings. It was a very nice weekend for me. I didn't have to be in bed by 10:30 but I was anyway. I guess the routine has gotten to me.
