Morning Idiots .

I'll be hitting a yoga class this morning after the kids get off to school . The weather said snow but we just have rain. It may change over later so I figure it's best to go get some now (yoga that is ).

Morning -- how're y'all?

The up side:
I slept last night.
The down side:
I was late for work anyway because one of the dogs threw up all over the place.

So, what's for breakfast?

*ahem...

The third eye (also known as the inner eye) is a metaphysical and esoteric concept referring in part to the ajna (brow) chakra in certain Eastern and Western spiritual traditions. It is also spoken of as the gate that leads within to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. In New Age spirituality, the third eye may alternately symbolize a state of enlightenment or the evocation of mental images having deeply-personal spiritual or psychological significance. The third eye is often associated with visions, clairvoyance, precognition, and out-of-body experiences, and people who have allegedly developed the capacity to use their third eyes are sometimes known as seers.

Afternoon Idiots!

I'm having a tough day and trying to breathe through it!

The boss has again AVOIDED this issue with the new guy and his swearing and yelling at me! which I figure would be the outcome-(While hoping otherwise)

I have been so busty today doing two jobs as we have someone out (The charm of being an office manager! :rof)

And..................I learned this saying from someone at my home group yesterday "Kick the wood" (Gyps you might have heard it! It has to do with the Budha and yoga etc...)

H E L P

I need positive thoughts to get through this day!!!!
