I just want to ramble :0( Hubby had the papers served on him tonight and he has to be out by Monday. I know that this is for the best till he gets himself better with medication but it hurts I feel very low no Im not drinking I dont feel like drinking when Im really low but I feel alone and I dont want to ring anybody as I just cant put the words that I want to say to in place

Thinking of you - try writing it out on here or in a journal/exercise book just to get it all out, and sleep and bath as much as you like, that works for me! Oh! And eat anything you like as well - any comfort except that demon alcohol. This IS for his own good!!

Ang you are doing what needs to be done for both you and the children, yes it is a sad and stressful time, but as you know drinking will make things worse in the long run. Hang in there hon, pray that he will get better, but also pray that if he does not get better for the knowledge of how to move on without him.
