Good advice Steve! I agree, relationships are awful sometimes (<-living proof) but they can be great! I like your outlook on it being about the person you care about. That is my perspective too. I'm learning a lot for so early in the morning!

I think I have always been addicted to the heart wrenching drama in disfunctional relationships...Also, somewhere in my blinded brain, I believed I could fix anything...WRONG...What I realized is that I had to FIX me. In doing so, I can see the RED flags of potential disfunctional men, and NOW it is my responsibility to stay clear or end up with my heart being ripped out...FURTHER more, first things first!!!
