ha ha - you and your B12

You know what? I exercised last night for the first time in many weeks. I did a pilates walking video for 45 minutes and worked up a great sweat, then lifted some light weights and did some ab work. I'll try to do this again soon - it made me feel great.

ha, row - i watched 3 hours of the new hbo sexy show on demand, "tell me you love me" and ate a huge container of carry out chinese and a little snack cake.
