Hi Stone, I'm doing all right. I had a real bad day with my arm and back. I've been popping tylenol all day.

We had our upstairs windows put in today. That's what started the pain. They took all the windows out at the same time then put the new one's in. It was quite cold here this morning when they started and all that cold air coming in my house was all it took.

But i made it to my meeting tonight. I had to take my stupid pillow with me. Tomorrow the rest of the windows will be put in. Then its all done. Yeah.

Sorry about your back hun, those windows happened pretty quick in the end, should save some on the heating bills too.

Oh ya, it will definitely save on the heating bill. We'll be getting snow here in a couple of months if not sooner. I hate snow.

I never did like snow. Even when i was a kid. My mom would be like "Go out and play with your sister". My sister still likes snow. We don't get as much anymore like when i was kid. The weather is weird anymore. We had a green Christmas last year even. Maybe we'll get lucky again.

I just arrived from the doctor..I am taking an antidepressant(cipralex--the seretonine thingy), a sleeping pill(dormicum) and stresstabs...

I am so happy..I can't wait...Could you imagine that i could stop feeling so desperate..It's been 7 years of depression, can't wait for some energy!

Cipralex is similar to what a I take, Karim. What kind of stress tab are you taking? Do you have the name? Be very careful with the sleeping pills.

they're by wyeth....the sleeping pills i read the note and it is a little addictive, i am only doing hath a pill a night, thank God...
