I'm not sure what's for lunch today. Something that will make me feel tank-ish I suppose. C didn't pack my lunch for me today.

And of course, I got out of bed late and was late to work.

A nanaimo bar .. hmm .. it's made of dark chocolate, has some gooey yellow filling, and .. oh I don't know .. but it's rich .. and delicious. I peel off the top chocolate and lick the filling. But - I won't eat one!

Oh - I found a pic for Stone's avatar - that dolphin is making me mental.

That's sort of a freaky picture -- it would be a great avi for Stone. But since he knows the dolphin is driving you crazy, he'll leave it.

And you're right re the dolphin - he'll leave that foolish thing as is now that I've voiced my displeasure.

The guy's head , Stoney , is empty. Hence the cranium-plateau.
