3,342,727 heart beats and counting...
Well been off alcohol after setting it down cold turkey and walking away a while now. Actually life is a lot less dramatic and complicated! I wanted to thank you all for your inspirational support. I love sleeping all night now and I do not miss the 4AM hang overs from hell mixed in with panic and anxiety! I also get to drive whenever I want to, I've lost some weight, and I am getting in shape! Starting a college class in two weeks as well. Take care! MG

Congratulations 96. Sounds like you are definitely on the up and up. Thanks for sharing and it's great to see that your health is already improving. Keep up the great work and good luck in school!..
