Im great today.Played twilite golf with kids last night.Im sore today too but we all had great time golf is to hard a game to start with but you add darkness and a glow in the dark ball.lol it was pretty funny.Oldest did win closest to the pin on one hole.Glad you are feeling better be careful of those rich foods for awhile they are good going in but well everyone knows.Orange juice is good for alcohol dont know about hydro's I am alcoholic along with addict.

Yeah I dont eat when Im using Just somthing small ay night.Now I cant get full I can eat anytime and have weird cravings.Someone talked about Elvis other night and I had craving for a peanut jelly fried bananah bacon sandwich.I kew coming off alcohol gave you sugar crvings but didnt know pills did the same.I can stand to gain some weight but dont want to get like I did last time I sobered up went from about 135 to 215.Now im around 180 .

i dunno im hungry but food makes me want to (well u kno) so im just trying to drink stuff like milk to keep my tummy coated

Hi Jen, I'm glad your feeling better today. I drink a lot of bottle water now. The flavored bottle water. It's really good too. Also vitamins are a good thing. I've always taken a lot of vitamins even when i drank. Yea, I know I'm weird. But i think it helped me with my detoxing too.

its ok I took 7 different types of vitamins when i used lol we are in the same boat barb..
i just finished posting a very large post in the lost someone to suicide thread.... i cried so hard it felt so good to let that out finally....
