Honestly, hang on in there. As each hour passes, then so do the yuck symptoms. The advice you've been given here is so good and it all works. I stayed on my sofa for a few days and nights so I had my TV, laptop, ipod and dvd player. These things do help to distract you a bit and they seem to keep the hallucinations at bay too. I used to do this sort of thing whenever I got the flu. I wouldn't go to my bed for ages because the fever always seemed to be worse there. Maybe that's just me!!!! Weird.
Anyway, do what works for you. You WILL get through this and before you know it, the symptoms will be lessening.

You have done great hang in there.Hot baths were life savers for me I would take two three a day for first three days.Just remind yourself you never have to do this agin.Just dont use rest of the day.You get rid of all your stuff yet.I found I had to just to tempting for me.

I had xanex but I flushed it... I still have vics and every so often I flush some .... i feel like if i flush all the vics right now ill have a panic attack
