Dear (((Newcomers)))
Oops, I guess I didn't explain this. I used to be Wingsfree....sorry about the confusion lol, I tend to do that at times, and I guess the two names would throw anyone off, (long story) you know those go haha.
I had the 11 months, but slid back all those years ago. But thanks for the congrats. I guess I pulled this up, just to show the newcomers, you need to work on your sobriety all the time, ALL THE TIME.

Wow, that was back when I was still lurking, hadn't yet joined. I had the better part of a year when I relapsed, so I know that feeling well.
It's pretty cool seeing who was around, back then. I know I don't always catch on that it's an old thread, at the start, so it might be confusing for some.
I think this is a great thread - no matter how much time we have, how "together" we feel, it's always a good idea to stay vigilant.
Hugs and prayers,
Amy

Indeed Amy Part of me feels sad thinking about how lost I WAS.
SR taught me so many things, and one of the main one's was, "ACCEPTANCE." Whoa was I ever lost with that, not anymore.
For those who have trouble saying NO, to another when you want to.....today's a good day to start. That kinda makes me laugh, I'd be saying, Yes," while my head was nodding, No."
Anyway Newcomers, please know SR is a gift being handed to you. It bursts with continued knowledge, please use it
Still a little Wingy
