My progress so far
Hey everyone thanks for the support.
I havent had anything to drink since i posted here and have been taking 2 high potency multi's and b-complex twice a day.
Its going much better than i thought it would, so far.
Last time i quit i never took any vitamins and it was much harder.
Havent gone to ALANON yet.
