had a great day, went to the gym and then a friend from our old neighborhood drove out and we hung out and let the kiddies play outside all day. nothing like the sunshine to make you feel good.

love to all, gotta run again 18 mth old sick again 102.7 fever ----it never ends this time of year. plus everytime DH leaves town we all get sick. always, without fail....

i miss my friends.......we are all healing, getting busier lives.....needing each other less......it's sad, but it's also great......

of course, my life is still SR.......hehe.......but i'm keeping busy on here, and i feel great, like i'm doing something to help people, that's worthwile.......you know???? it makes me happy.......like i've finally found something important to do......i don't know, maybe i'm goofy....

it's used......98 dodge stratus.......plum colored........but it's nice!!! and in good shape.......i got it today~ it was a surprise from my sweetie!!!!

ayla'a got wheels!!!!! her very own purple (well...sort of burgandy) boopmobile!!!!! now i need to make me some boop bumper stickers, and some boop fuzzy dice and some boop floor mats....and a boop steeringwheel cover and.....

Ok- so am I odd?... (besides the obvious!!) I just baked cookies to take to my AA mtg. Mon night is typically an.. hmmm, how do I say this.. lost and fairly pitiful crowd, but very sweet and there for the same reason I am. So, I figured they don't have fresh cookies very often. Geek? That's just meeeeeeee.

my dad and step mom had job interviews today ...sounds like they are gonna get the jobs I lined up for them...he sounded so happy...

if they get them they will stay with us through out the week till they move here...in april.....I am happy.....

so i was thinking today alot..... about how wonderful things are right now.
about how my life was so unmanageable a few months ago and now it seems sometimes chaotic but manageable.

about how much I think about what I have now versus what I want.
about how judgemental I and alot of people around me were, and can be, but
about how i have found you all and the support here that is offered without judgement.

I am so thankful for what IS. for what i have, for you all here at SR and for what is here around me.
and it feels really good to be able to be open to being thankful for all of it.

my ex did not return from a pass to his court ordered treatment center today. they are going to notify me if he returns tonite. if he does not, WE ARE IN IMMINENT DANGER
please pray he does not come here, i am scared to death. please pray he goes back to the center. if he does not, we are not safe until they catch him and send him to prison

misti, i am confused for sure, is this the father of your children... i knew he was sent away but not that he could get out. do you still have your moms car to drive -- could you go to her house or somewhere he won't find you? is he a threat to you and the kids?

does your mom's car have an alarm on it? this may sound dumb but i sleep with the keys on my nightstand so if someone breaks in i can turn the car alarm on, they can't turn it off without the keys --- and someone usually calls the cops....when a car alarm keeps blaring.

i hope it will be okay... stay calm-- do what you have too.

just a thought...if he gets a pass and is not a threat then I would hope he would not suddenly do something ??

I have had to deal with the exact same thing...have a 7 inch scar on my leg from an attack...from an ex boyfriend.....it is scary and I hope he continues to leave you alone.
