Thanks 180. The weather was nice yesterday. I even opened up a couple of windows to let some fresh air in.

Still here ya'll and I still havent Quit yet.........almost 9 months sober and turn 35 today.
I still feel like a newbie yet i seem to have all this secret insight knowing it gets easier.....So hang in there it does get easier there are days ahead you forget to think about it.
