Still hot and smoke covered here its so thick its making me feel sick. The weather is supposed to change tonight, I sure hope it does.
MAL I think we went to the same meeting last night!
I am not having a good time here and my disease is on my back today telling me I am alone and unloved. I hate this %^&%$% disease.

I have days like that too. I love and appreciate your participation in my life more than you know.
Remember what anyone else thinks or says is none of your business.
You are your business.
Do something for someone else to help you get out of your head.
I hope today is more peaceful than yesterday Kevin.
If we never had bad days we wouldn't appreciate the good ones.

This morning is better. Your right service helps.
My oldest daughter is struggling in school. She is in 7th grade and that is when it all fell apart for me so I am scared. She has always been an A student. The answer is love and support I hope. Something I never got. Life is difficult. She is not me. She has two parents who are very much there for her. It is not a behavior problem just struggling with algebra her grade went from a C to an F and she is frightened too. She is trying but just not getting it. Love & Support, Love & Support, etc etc. right????

Yep love and support will win through, maybe some extra coaching lessons, but you will have to judge how that goes, Algebra is very abstract and many ppl don't get it at first.

Long day yesterday, I have most of my Xmas stuff doine, with help form my daughter, she is good at spending my money

Daughters are born with a gene that helps us be good at spending any mans money...lol j/k
Hope your BBQ was a good one.
I was so tired after work I just came home and zoned out for awhile then ate and slept. I am a little bit excited about getting ready for Christmas.

Wednesday Morning here and my pay was all mucked up but I was able to be patient and calm and its already sorted out the rest of the money will be paid today. My program in recovery has given me these gifts.
