If you feel like you can't get through one day...try one hour...or one minute at a time...
I only have 2 days so I'm here to listen and learn also...
Hang tough 3x...
One day (or minute) at a time.

No one ever promised me it would be "easy"...I only know that anything worthwhile is worth fighting for...and sobriety (without a doubt) is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Without it, not much else would be possible.
Just keep trying, until you get it right! It will happen for you, too.
(I wish I knew your name...I refuse to call you "loser"...there are no losers here! I think I'll just call you "Bozie" for Bozeman.)
Good to meet you, Bozie! Keep posting...we're here for you.

It's so hard because your just not ready. Once ready it will get easier. I'm sure you try to get there but I'm betting there is just the right of amount of uncertainty about following through and finding contentment in living life sober, that it prevents you from doing so. We were all there and until uterly ready, you'll continue to beat yourself up. Your not alone at all though.

It is the first day for everyone no matter how many sober days someone has behind them.
Many times I have seen people go through rehab who have had *years* of sobriety behind them.
The strangest part of this, and the story I have heard almost without exception, is that almost instantly--within days if not within hours--they returned to the exact same hard core behavior which caused them to quit in the first place, as if they had never stopped.
One of the most baffling things about alcoholism of all. I even met one elderly woman who had been sober for over 35 years who slipped and ended up in detox for two weeks.
