Good Morning dear Overs

SE, the further go go into the forest the clearer it will become.

Bank Holiday weekend here in U.K. Looks like rain is on the menu! After some pleasant sunny days.

Have a good weekend my friends.

Love to all. xxxx

SE, you are amazingly strong and don't let his antics manipulate you. Keep doing what you are doing. Big hug.

SE, I never, ever in over 40 years have regretted splitting up. The rare occasions when I think of it now I only feel relieved I didn’t stay. My therapist at the time told me afterwards that one way or another I likely wouldn’t have survived intact many more years in that relationship - it was just too toxic. It can seem overwhelming to “start over” but man, oh, man - it’ was so much healthier and easier for me. Sending hugs and all good wishes.

Hi to all! It’s feeling like spring here at the OFH :-)

SE I never for a moment regret walking away from my first marriage, I know if I had stayed in it my addiction would have gotten me a lot sooner and under his influence I would have struggled to escape it. He did guilt me for a while but counselling made me see the truth and helped me through. having decided I'd prefer to be alone than with the wrong person, I'm now 24 years with hubby no 2 my life is so different it's almost like I'm two different people. We only get one run at this life, we have to make it work for us. Be strong.

Hi all -

thank you so much.

I left Sat.

i was proud of myself after much effort but I let him (let myself get snarled) back in with a kid family activity.

Firmer boundaries. It is showing me how much I’m letting myself get manipulated and even though I’m getting stronger how much work I need to do.

he is gone tomorrow for a few days so will be trying out my solo parenting routine and figuring that out.

Glad you're moving forward, SE.

I'm about halfway thru the title section editing on the new book. It's a slow process, but so worth the final result. We've already got customers asking when the books will be here, even though we said June. All depends on how many projects our printer has lined up. If I get it to them by May 20th or so, I'll be happy.

Have a Marvelous Monday, overs!

It’s May Bank Holiday in U.K. today. Just been to a garden centre for hanging basket plants. Everyone loved Alfie pup. He soaked up all the attention!

Have a good day my friends. Love to all xxxx

It's getting hot in Florida. The Gulf of Mexico is warming up to provide lots of energy to aspiring hurricanes. My cousin gave me his surplus steel storm window panels. I need to find a vendor and get them installed in the month of May before the hurricanes become serious.

All good in Tootsville, back in Scotland now. The tenant was successfully evicted a couple of weeks ago while we were still in Spain so today I get to go round the flat and see what kind of mess he left it in! The joy!

SE I'm glad you're getting some space with the kids, I feel it's what you all need. My niece is nesting with her ex, it's fine for the kids, but hard on her as she is not at fault in the separation.

Mags, people do love a cute pup!

FBL good news on the book progress.

Dickensen let's hope the hurricane season is not too bad for all y'all

Happy Thursday all
