Sorry for any confusion over AI
Yes I would also think of artificial intelligence if someone said AI It is all inclusive-a holiday term where you go to the hotel and all your meals, snacks, drinks and some activities are included. Good when you have young children who eat ice cream and drink juice all day. Not good for those of us who have drink problems.
Hope everyone has had a good day. Closing out here. Looking forward to waking up on day 6. Very aware of dangers tomorrow night but have plans and looking forward to a weekend of energy and a clear head and plenty of sun

Good morning. It's ten minutes past midnight. My sleep pattern is... not good right now.
Got the results of bloodwork yesterday. Pretty much all good. Only issue was slightly low calcium so going to get another test in two weeks and see if it was just a blip. Least my liver function tests were all good.

I hope everyone got some sleep or is sleeping! I am headed that way now.
Had a good evening. I was fine getting the chicken feed and a few other things, never even thought of booze. We decided to get some fries for on the way home and while waiting for them hubby asked me to go get his nicotine at the gas station. Ahhhh.... Luciky AV flitted through quickly. I had fries and a diet soda waiting for me in the car and less than an hour until my meeting. And Suze you where in my mind too. Stretched my sober muscles a bit without meaning to. So glad to have come through sober. I have asked hubby to not do that again for a while. I had a little thought that he sent me on that mission when he did so that maybe I would being beer home.... but that is reaching a bit. And if so, too bad so sad.
Jo your story about your sons hugs made me grin so big! Mine think its hilarious to pop my back like that! Feels pretty good most of the time.
Glad your blood work came back good FF. Its scary how quickly alcohol can mess a person up.

Yes, that would have been challenging. I’ve been on a couple of those in the past and drank every single day for two weeks.
Luckily I don’t have that temptation this time.
I’m planning on doing early morning yoga by the pool, lots of swimming and walking coastal paths. It will be a completely different holiday experience sober.
I hope every body is keeping cool in this heat. It feels fresher where I am today.

Kinda feeling meh today. My BIL and SIL's dog passed away suddenly yesterday. The dog was their child. Super sad for them.
Middle son screwed his ankle up... this is typical for him while playing soccer... not for running camp though. He is pretty chill about it. I wish he wasn't 2 states away, but he is in good hands. Oldest says he is just fine, of course.
My meeting was a bit of a tear jerker mostly about greif. It was good. Can't dwell long on my own greif today.
