((((Thrillhou)))) remind yourself of the horrible consequences of drinking, and maybe try and find something really fun and interesting to do, or spoil yourself with something like a massage or some other rejuvenating treat instead. I’ve been there and drank again after 16 months and again after 7 months. It’s not worth it. It really isn’t.

Thrill- Don't do it! Stay the course! If I could say a million words to make you stronger, I would. Listen to all the smart people here and learn from past experiences- don't drink, stay sober. You can do it.

ABCowboy, my condolences on the passing of your buddy and BF. 🐕 🙏🏼🌌
Today, My sister took her doggy baby to the vet, it was time. She rescued her (almost 20 years ago) when she was abandoned by her humans in our local mountains. My sis belonged to a volunteer group who fostered the pets who were left “in the woods”. Yes, people leaving their house pets to fend for themselves in the mountains. Chelsea had a wonderful loving happy life. But, it’s still very painful.
I’ll include your best friend in my prayers tonight. 💙
