24 more please, early check in at 1915 uk time, fed, showered and off to watch some tv in bed. Very tired at the moment, not feeling like I’ve slept even though I have, I’m out like a light when my head hits the pillow but still feeling tired all day 😔 Just past 3 months without a drink, perhaps my body is putting extra energy into healing?

I’m tired a lot of the time too, and I think in early recovery our body needs a lot of rest, but maybe it’s worth a check up with your doc just to be sure?
