Triggered I have felt that way with counsellors too. I think finding the right one can take time. Not all will be the right one to help us deal with what we need/want to deal with. I have seen a few, but still feel a little like I’m floundering, and think I need to restart fresh with someone new.

👸🏻 Well, my newest TV Binge is HULU’S ….. “The Great”. It took a “moment” (ok, still not exactly used to, but it’s what the shows creators thought would be funny ???) to adjust to the character “King Peter”. But, Queen Catherine (Elle Fanning) & her “staff” make the show. . Plus, as always I love the eye candy of the period costumes, castles & grounds! 🏰

So, a quick check-in for my next 24 now.

Yes Willow....I'm beginning to learn that we need to shop around as it were. Still incredibly grateful for the time these people devote to people like us with all the best intentions in the world. Even just turning up at sessions was part of my sobriety ritual.
