Time to stock up on the Vitamin D. Truthfully, I think this did play into my drinking a little bit back in the day. You start spending more time inside, things would be a little more boring. I'm sure it was just another excuse TO drink..but this time of year is always a little weird until you get used to it.

24 more for me please. Day 7 draws to a close and I’m attempting an early night, was going to put something on tv in the bedroom but it’s been so long since I used my Apple TV box that I need to set it all up and put passwords in etc, really haven’t the patience tonight so I’m going to have a hot shower and grab a book off the shelf.
Mixed bag at the moment but the bottom line is that I’m sober, grateful for what I have and trying to hand my will over to someone or something that knows better than me 😬
I don’t have everything I want, but right now I have what I need.
