Just back from a chilly dog walk, have to limit my coffee this morning, two job interviews today. One Zoom interview his morning and an in person interview for different job this afternoon. Pretty nervous so don't need too much coffee. Glad I haven't been drinking for almost 3 months so my anxiety is more manageable.

Good evening from a damp and drizzling Midlands of the UK.
Day 6 draws to a close and I’d like another 24 hours if I may.
Work, home, shower, food, AA meeting, home, sleepy time tea.
Anxiety, remorse, regrets from another ruined relationship and probably trying too hard to get her back because I miss her so much and I’m lonely. Being pretty much ignored which I guess is quite telling but I was never good with hints…
Sorry to rant, just angry at myself and clutching at straws I think.
I didn’t drink today, so it’s a good day in my book, even with washing machine head and all the ‘what ifs’
hope everyone is safe and well
