Great to hear everything is fine with the cardiologist BBG. x
Purps I've never used the detox foot thingys. My brother in law used something called milkyfoot a while ago and said two days afterwards a slab of skin just peeled off the sole of his foot! I think that had more to do with hard skin/cracked heels on the feet rather than detox though.

Happy April lovely people. I'm in the OK column too. I hear you about the AD medication PJ. Hope you're over the worst of it. Moving house this weekend. Big headache and sore back after last night's installment of heavy lifting. At least I'm not drinking and hungover.
