Been really busy the last couple of days.
I had a doctor’s appt yesterday. She doesn’t think my itching is a result of withdrawal either with alcohol or the little bit I’ve reduced my alprazolam benzo. She prescribed some anti itch meds similar to Benadryl and a cream. I do have to go for blood work to see if that unearths anything- liver enzymes, for example. I think my liver enzymes are okay, but still can’t help but wonder. I think I made too big of a cut with my alprazolam and am experiencing the anxiety with itching as a symptom. If that is the case, I’ll have to be patient and hope my body settles down.
Catching up on some neglected projects- correspondence, financial stuff, yard work, stuff like that. I missed 2 days of exercise and have to get back to it today before I lose my mojo.
Getting some golf in this morning, exercise and then probably more yard work.

Working today, company coming while I’m gone, Dr Free home to greet and entertain until I get home. They’ll be staying two nights. Golf tomorrow.

So the missing pictures thing has taken on a brand new twist.
Tech guru said to try opening the SR site in Chrome, rather than Safari. Well....this ENTIRE June 2021 Class thread is MISSING when I go into the SR site via Chrome. Totally gone. Clearly it is something on my end and has to do with the browser settings.
I will persevere. This will bother me till I figure it out.
Anyway....fixing some snow crab clusters for dinner and I made cole slaw for the first time in my life. Only took me 60+ years....lol! SO said it looks good so we will see.....

You are a woman after my own heart dear LHW....I am a self-taught geek who can work out any computer issue except for the one I am having in Word right now. 
I hope you get your answers....although I am not sure how your browser setting could wipe out a thread....very mysterious.

Well, I was having issues with images on my Amazon assistant and I tried a million things and no go, and then BOOM they are back, so no clue.

PS. I COULD NOT work out what was wrong in formatting in my file, so started a new one and copied info over and no problem at all. Same formatting....the formatting I set up. So spinning head and all but still some success.

Gosh, what happened to our class? LOL.
I've been pretty busy lately, but have decided to join the August class when it starts. I am really super anal about starting things on either the very last day of a month or the first day. Crazy, I know. Starting diets, starting new exercise plans, you name it. In fact, my SO and I are going back on the Whole 30 Diet Plan and we are starting that on August 1. Plus, I think I posted somewhere that I have not been entirely alcohol free in July and I know where that will lead. A glass or two is still a big slip in my book.
Hope everyone is doing well and maybe I will see you in the August class in a few days!
