Hi good people, I’d like another 24 please.
Grateful for some peace tonight, long day at work as usual but enjoyable. I have an engine rebuild to do on a big tractor and it’s got to be spot on. Grateful to be able to work without shaking hands, sweating and anxiety.
Grateful to be able to come home, for a hot shower, incense burning, hearing the much needed rain falling gently outside. Grateful to know that I’ll wake up in the morning without a hangover and able to remember exactly what I did today.
Grateful for many things tonight, and glad to be sober. In 4 days, it will be 4 months since I put the drink down. One day at a time is all I have, just need to make the days count, instead of just counting days...

I’m in for 24 hours sober please
I’m struggling to post in my usual threads because the site keeps reverting to mobile site. It won’t let me stay on the desktop version for some reason. I’m so used to the desktop version that I’m having quite a bit of difficulty navigating the mobile version. So my posts might be fewer and further between

I’m sore and achey this evening but it’s actually a good thing in disguise. I’ve been much more active the past couple of weeks with weights and exercise... it’s hard these first few weeks but it’s so worth it. I’ll take a rest day tomorrow. I’ve gotten lots of garden advice. But now....get this...a bunny has moved in
to the garden and supposedly that’s cause for concern. I’m a city girl and I’m not sure what to do about it! ☺️ I can plant un-bunny plants..haha..they actually exist! It’s a new challenge for me. They’re under the shed. The mice came, the lizards came, and now wabbits... 🐇 I don’t live in deer country though it lies just west me so I get bunnies. Seems legit..ha!
All ok as some very stormy weather starts up tonight. It’s always quite a show. I’m ready with my insurance claim app...it’s time for a new roof anyway. Going to try and sleep a few hours before I get bounced out of bed.
Congratulations to Suze and 1new and Citrus for your respective anniversaries!
Willow I have that issue as well with an iPhone 11. I go on my iPad and everything works beautifully so it’s my workaround for now. I have to be able to thank and acknowledge my friends.
