We sure have a lot going on in our 24-hr. family. Hugs, support and love to all who need it right now

Today was a tough one but I got through it and it's almost time for bed. Tomorrow is a new day....hoping for strength, patience and wisdom. I'm really questioning my skill set as a care-giver to a family member with dementia. My mental health is really suffering and I'm certain I've reached the burnout stage. Not sure what to do except reach out and expand my IRL support team. Life is hard right now but glad I'm doing it sober. 24 more please.

Congratulations to everyone celebrating a Milestone!!
