24 more, let's keep it going! So grateful to have made it to a week, staying committed to the present moment. Day 8! It's been a busy few days and sleep finally came to me (thank goodness!) so I'm behind on the posts. Wanted to check in though

A little bit of snow in DC yesterday so the first real sign of winter here and validation that this area can't handle it.

Hello World, please settle down! Stop the fires in Aus and allow for some peace.

I guess the positive here is controlling what we can, which is another day sober.

I’m in on a sunny but very cold morning. Sober thoughts and wishes for all!

Chaisson, I lived in DC for a couple of years and, yes that town can’t handle any snow. A few flakes and it shuts down.

Day 3 at home. Feeling blah. Went to doc this am and got antibiotic and cough meds. Going back to bed for a nap to rest up.
