Goodness this bug is relentless. There are so many people sick around here, it's a wierd winter.
I still feel pretty good though, mentally and emotionally. Gotta be grateful for that!

Whew caught up on posts. My heart goes out to all of you. Feeling emotions sober and making sober decisions.
I've been up early but again slept all day Monday. I've been more sick than I thought.
It is 0414 and up for 24 more hours of sobriety. Thank you very much.

So...get this: The mountain cedar pollen count in my city was 27, 639 grains/m^3 today. I am highly allergic to that type so I was way out there at work, tripping trying to look at code today. The lines ran together. My lungs are so tender I am probably hypoxic. It’s a little scary. But I’m trying to laugh about it. Trying to picture the professional pollen counter. So..an otherwise normal man or lady who likely gets breakfast tacos from the same pink restaurant I go to, grocery shops at my store, and probably watches some of my shows at the exact same time I do counted that many grains in a cubic meter of air today. (500 is considered high). THAT many. All of them. It’s their gig, man. Do you have to start over when your colleague gets in your face and says: “Hay! There’s CAKE in the break room! Cake! Mmmm!” Do they lose count? Is it actually for real? Who double counts and checks them? Is it automated? Did they just lie for ratings and eat several slabs of the stale sheet cake instead?
It’s one of the most horrid pollens...but it looks like innocent pink dots. Was there any room at all for oxygen, dust....anything else? Will I become a tree? Will I suffocate? Hoping I don't have to call out tomorrow. It’s a bloody tree! Sheeez!
Mom is holding steady today. Your love and prayers mean a lot to me. Thank you . It’s such a painful, emotional time. I worry about talking about it too much.
24 please. Hope to have more time in tomorrow. Had to catch up on so many things and everything seems like a dream. Very much so.
