I thought Dinner for one was unavoidable, on every channel! Mulligatawny, as the name suggests, is a very old indian recipe. I guess Miss Sophie lived in India in the days of the British Raj. It’s fairly easy to make yourself, lots of vegetables, some curry powder and pepper. Tasty and healthy.
