Yes I haven’t packed much cold gear, Mags. Might have to grab some spencers. I’m in th US now, so it’s hard to pack light, but enough for the cold in London.

looks like a girl will have to go shopping

Manchester marathon. I didn’t get into the London one, 450k people entered and only 40k spaces. Most I’ve done before is half marathon so it’s a good goal!

Pete, it’s an amazing number of people entering the marathon. I’m glad you got a place in the Manchester marathon. We’ll be cheering you on.

Thanks Mags. Off to do a smaller event this morning. 10k which is a nice distance. Not nice weather for it though. Unlikely to do a PB

Morning Julyers from a wet North Lincolnshire, I think all the U.K. is having rain today.

I’m taking my mum in law to the department store this morning for her to chose a birthday gift from us. She’s looking for a cardigan.

I hope you found your dear Mum a nice pressie. Did she get a cardi ?

So shes a Libran, like my My Mum . :-) xx

We had a beautiful day today. Spent the morning picking up some pigs face with my Dad

its a purple plant i love.

Then went to my psych and purged my guts out. Its been a long time coming .

Then after that a visit into the RAH with Shaun . Not such good news im afraid,
Looking more and more like hevcwont be going back to his job.

Pj do you believe we have 3 visits to RAH this week and 2 next week.
Unbelievable.

Grrrrr bad timing re your paintings but i did think of you whilst i was there. Not that thats any consolation.

How is the painting coming along are you in the groove with it all xx
