Also, if you tell me the day and time of the interview, I'll send reiki to the room beforehand. Might sound weird but it honestly works. I've had loads of scary meetings over the last month or so since setting up my own business and I've sent reiki to each meeting and spent time doing positive visualisation beforehand and I've enjoyed a sense of confidence and calmness each and every time. another 24 please .
I’m going to be away for the next month travelling, so I may not check in much until I get back, depending on where I am and access to the internet. I’m not taking my laptop. I may actually just disconnect from technology for a while and fully immerse myself in the real world adventures. I have auto replies on my phone and email so I don’t really have to get on technology at all

24 for me please. Am way too tired—my mood is letting me know. I need to be fast asleep by 8–maybe sooner. It will fix a lot of things. I will pay no attention to my thoughts or conclusions until I am rested. It might take a while but that’s my second priority after sobriety. Insomnia has been brutal lately.
