Here for another 24 hours of sober and binge free living! I think I've got 6 days now of being binge free (I need a tracker for this as well. ) While I definietly put on a few squishy pounds over the winter I am slowly losing it now that I'm back on my low carb/high fat diet. It's amazing how it changes my mood within days- I just hope I can stay this way (I might do higher carb days on Sundays to help.)

Anyway, I am so happy to be here with all of you and so proud of each and every one of us for what we are doing, the changes we are making and the people who are unfolding within us. LOVE YOU GUYS!

I will be starting as a tour guide when I have completed the training. I am nervous but very excited. It is a beautiful old theatre and I love taking visitors to see it. Now I will be doing it officially!

I am already volunteering at Age Concern charity shop, I am collecting for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance at the Tour de Yorkshire at the beginning of May. And I start on Saturday at the Richmondshire Museum. Can't believe how much I have achieved since the dreadful 4th January. I have posted on here about being impatient; things not happening fast enough, but I am getting there. All the enquiries I have made, the forms I have completed is paying off. I will be busy and loving it. I still go to two AA meetings a week, SMART once a week, and Church on Sunday! Its great.

Just wanted to share that with you all. I've posted enough moans, something positive now.

Thanks for everyone on this site, don't know where I would be without you. But sadly I do!!
