Good Morning Folks. Another 24 sober hours for me please. I will not drink today.
Congratulations to all the milestoners for their fabulous sober time - especially to Dee for 10+ years.
Sending prayers and wishing strength to all who are undergoing difficulties and challenges in their lives.

Blessed to have my parent's home as shelter as they cut our power last night because of fallen trees on power lines. They are estimating it coming back on at midnight Thursday but I'm hoping it will be sooner than that. Either way, we are blessed. When we would lose power in the last 2 towns we lived in, we had no where to go but a hotel (and that always put us into debt.)
Prayers for everyone struggling- I am in tears over here thinking about the suffering of the world, the suffering some of us if not all of us are going through or have been through. I wish for peace within our hearts and peace in our minds. May your suffering be temporary and may you find the grace to stay hopeful.
