1:47 pm in California and quick check in during lunch. I cannot for the life of me remember if I checked in yesterday. I got home late, and was working on homework with kids, and then reading before sleep, so if I didn't I am checking in for yesterday as well.

Signing in to sign off on today. Back from the theatre. The play was terrific. Sat in the bar with my friends afterwards, and without doing them down, the chatter was SO tedious, too much loud laughing over nothing. Didn't stay long. Going to make an effort to build up a better sober network.

Feeling tired now, a little bit wrung out, but enormously glad to have not drunk, and to be back on the sober horse. Making this work is my absolute priority.

checking in for another 24. Broke down and went to the Dr, Pneumonia with a 103 degree fever. So I took the rest of the week off, hoping to get in lots of sleep and back to whatever status I was before I got sick.

Badge
