I have had a good day, and I have done a total turnaround from Monday. I was down and tearful, and my AV was on at me. The week has got better as it went and I have had a good productive day today. Lots of walking, shopping, and baking. Then made myself a nice meal tonight. I love being sober and am feeling positive about the future.

He forgot to mention that alcohol contains over 15 carcinogens and is a cause of a variety of cancers. He forgot to mention that two very easily leads to 3 or 4 or more. He forgot to mention family violence, road rage, wasted money, drunken driving, insanity etc etc........
