You're an AA person, so I know you will understand this ~ you need to pray and let it go love ~ hand it over, and try sweetie to be OK with NOT being OK right now.

I speak from current experience....I went through something very tough yesterday and I could not stop the pain. I did what I suggested and today I am better. Vulnerable but OK.
