Morning All!
Haven't posted in awhile but things are going well for me, I'm very happy.
I was diagnosed with sleep apnea after doing a sleep study and I have been using a CPAP, it's amazing how rested and how much better I feel during the day. The stigma of needing a breathing machine at 30 is tough to get over, but the girlfriend can actually sleep in bed with me now, which is a huge win/win!
Hope everyone is doing well, miss you guys!

Yay!!! It's Friday afternoon, work is nearly finished and later on I'm going to the Strictly Come Dancing live tour at Wembley. Can. Not. Wait. My parents were the most beautiful dancers kent...the floor always cleared for them and people watched with joy....
