Neoo, this will soon be behind you. I don't know all the details of what happened but I do know that you have used this experience as an opportunity to reflect and to grow. .. and no one can ever do any more than that. Everyone on this planet makes mistakes but I think you should feel very proud of the way you have embraced sobriety and faced up to real life. You deserve to live a happy, successful life Neoo and I think that's exactly what your future holds.
In other news, I just ran 12 miles in the pouring rain. I'm not even sure why. I was only planning on doing a short bit of interval training but it turned into almost a half marathon. I just got into the flow of the run and with the rain on my face it was just magical and I didn't want it to stop. I looked like a drowned rat when I got home but my word, I feel marvellous. Congratulations to everyone celebrating a milestone today and happy Saturday everyone. 24 more for me please xxx

". . . the belief that before we try it, we have to be totally perfect, full of confidence, and bursting with courage is one of the biggest lies that keeps us from doing anything, scared or not."
6:20am in Alberta, it's going to be a darn good day not to drink!
I'll have 24 more please, and thanks....
