4:00 am and way to early to be posting but had to drop my daughter at the airport as she is flying out for Christmas. Will miss her since our first Christmas we won’t be together but she is all grown up now😥!! Prayers for everyone traveling for the holidays and in for 24 more!! 💜

Well done to todays sober big hitters! Serious sober time.
Got hold of an ebook called this naked mind. I had seen it recommended around here. Read half yesterday. Good stuff there, hoping to read the rest today. Feeling a little less tense now.

Good morning from Maryland, USA.
I keep writing and deleting my post- just talking to much and kind of all over the place.
I am feeling better since ditching the gluten and sugar and am hoping to stay on that path for as long as possible.
Today is my last day to myself before winter break begins. I am looking forward to it with much enthusiasm despite being under the weather. Normally I would push myself to go to the gym but I think I will rest my body today or maybe just do some cycling later in the basement.
I commit to another 24 hours of freedom and very grateful for my sobriety..Love you all
