24 more. Will be exercising my sober muscles today. Staying with big drinking friends, place of my very last glass of wine or two or five,,,,, been sober ever since and will stay this way!!!

Anxiety and ocd starting to creep back in this last few days so going to give it to the new year and if it is still the same will give the Docs a shout.. I have been eating a lot of junk food as the house is full of it this time of year so that might not help and just today thoughts of drinking popped up but I will not be going back there...

I know mate I still have this court thing hanging over me but also a lot of positives are coming as well but it seems they will all start happening around the same time

This is the longest I have been sober since I was 17 I think and I am not throwing it away to go back to that hell hole...

You Betya! Egg and ham, sweet rolls on the menu this am. Dog cuddles provided by a beagle and Rhodesia ridgeback Mix. So sorry you aren't feeling well. Feel bttr soon hon.
