Morning lovely Julyers

It’s still dark here, nearly 5.30 am. I love it when it’s light at 4am, I soak up every minute of the morning light.

I’m a morning person , have always preferred early mornings to late nights. I was told, and I don’t know if this is a load of codswallop, but if you were born in the morning you’ll prefer early mornings and the same for babies born in the evening, they’d prefer late nights to early mornings. Never checked but I wonder if there’s some truth in it.

Hope it’s agood Saturday for all my lovely friends, here and absent.

I just looked up the times we were born denoting whether we’re a morning person or late night person, a lark or an owl. I found this..............

Not a morning person? You must have been born at night! It's not an old wives' tale. There's scientific proof the timing of your birth affects when you like to wake - and much more besides
Evidence shows that the hour of your birth does influence whether you are a morning or evening person
While it sounds like an old wives’ tales, presenter, Jenni Murray says the idea is supported by an oft-neglected area of research
Psychologists from Cleveland State University in Ohio found evidence that your time of birth does play a part in when you like to function during the day

I wonder what they define as "night"; is it darkness? If so, I fall into line with the study.

Asthma ok and under control, Leigh, but still plagued with vertigo.

I’m a morning person and was born at 6.00am on a Saturday.

Interesting, I was born just before midnight and am a night owl if I actually had a choice. Unfortunately the boss prefers I show up in the morning, early.

Glad to hear about the asthma, Mags. Good news.

Hope that the vertigo can be resolved soon, dear one.
