Hungry..eat
Angry- breathe, talk
Lonely- go to a meeting, talk to a human
Tired- rest
Sad- cry, talk, walk, write, paint.
If you cannot help yourself- go find someone who can help you help yourself.
Be kind to yourself Kris.
