I am in shock that the boys are still sleeping! Soaking in every minute of silence before the day begins.
I will choose patience and tolerance this morning. I will choose love and compassion. I will not yell, I will be gentle with my voice.

I've been eating terribly since Friday and I know the sugar/gluten affects my moods as well as the PMDD. Time to reign it in and get back "on track."

No matter what, I will not drink today. I am so excited to see my 4 month mark which is coming soon, in September. I am proud of myself for doing this and know in my heart of hearts that I will NEVER drink again.

Congrats to all who are celebrating and my heart goes out to anyone struggling. It's not a bad life, it's just a bad day...focus on the positive and remember that you WILL get through this.

07:24 EDT and another 24 for me!
107 days today since my last relapse. Feeling good about recovery but as others have discovered there are now other health issues to face 😝😷

I got into my car after work yesterday evening around 18h00 and the temp gage read 43°C. I went home and had the coldest shower i could have and got out still sweating...
