Yes! It cooled down about 20 degrees and we saw the stars. It was so strange. My mom stayed in the city where they had 99.5% totality and said the birds stopped chirping and the crickets started chirping! Up on the mountain we noticed it got eerily quiet right before total darkness. Amazing!!!

Then I got upset seeing a lorry load of pigs for slaughter that pulled up beside me at the traffic lights.

I'm emotionally unstable - feelings hurt me and tire me out, and I can't see any benefit in having them.

Just got the little man to sleep and now it's time do something for my soul- I'm either going to meditate or do some Kundalini Yoga, not sure just yet.

Feeling a bit sluggish but okay- my mind is a bit calmer this week which is a nice break from the norm. Just trying to stay positive and keep life in perspective.
