Good morning everyone! I'm off the pity pot and, in for another day of sobriety. I'm going to live in and embrace today.
Congrats to the celebrants and all who are sober today! You're all an inspiration.
The other day I was out and about when I came across a mother deer. She had triplets with her. That's a pretty rare sight to see. It's small things like this that do make sobriety a great.

Happy Friday all - my fellow Americans: try to stay off the roads today and ponder the sick and suffering who may be in the next vehicle. Not trying to be a buzz kill, but we know we are the fortunate ones who have acknowledged our alcoholism, but this is supposed to be the busiest travel day of the year and there are many unfortunates still out there, and they will be getting behind the wheel 😮

Lostmyoffswitch ~ 1 year & 9 months!
Getting ready to go spend Day 12 with my granddaughters in Lansing. I am so excited!!!!
This is my birthday weekend and I plan on enjoying every minute up to and inluding July 4th celebrations! May even take in some fireworks!
Praying for all who are struggling and those who are battling this monster.

Be safe everyone; lots of people on the roads this weekend.
A tough few days at our house, as two of my dogs are very frightened by fireworks and will require meds to calm them. The meds help, don't quite do the trick though... poor pups, they are really traumatized by the noise. . I've started dreading the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve...
