Hi PR! Don't get motivated...it's a trap!!
Purplrks - I'm the same at the gym. New classes make me anxious...heck showing up makes me anxious

Bobbie - are you on vacation yet?
I think for my day count today is going to be my day one. I didn't drink yesterday but today still feels like the beginning of a new journey.

It's pouring down rain here. I'm eating leftover chili with all the windows open. Very relaxing. Think I'm going to try and catch up with Fargo. And I ain't gonna drink. Hope everyone is having a nice evening/Australian Saturday afternoon.

Dinner turned out really good....even my daughter ate it (I didn't tell her the "potatoes" were actually cauliflower. Shhhhh. Lol) Then DH and I took Charlie for a walk in the sunshine and now just doing some laundry. Feeling peaceful.

I guess I never had that talk with anyone since I made it so obvious.......

Okay this may be the most times I have posted in one day.
Winding down the evening with a cuppa Honey Lullabye tea and a mindless word game. Hoping for a good nights sleep....might take some melatonin to up my chances.

Just got done reading in a hot bath. That used to be one of my favorite times to drink a glass of wine or four, but just because I'm not drinking doesn't mean I can't still read or take baths or do both at the same time.

WELL- here- Friday, 1142. Tried REALLY hard to sleep. Broken- got 5 over 10, thus my silence. Pain clinic- a bit helpful, big post in whiner's. Got counselling soon. Doing LOTS of writing- gearing up for the serious side- not just reactive, but planned, structured- read by others who are professionals writing. Daunting. Like my art- it seems I have a raw talent that needs work.
Tired, fatigued and sore- but I have had a shower so my scars smell nice.
Here is one..walking to the hospital..it was 2 degrees C. A young lady on a pushie waiting a t-lights...Woolen cap, scarf, heavy wind proof padded jacket, gloves..AND A MINI!!! A victim of male fashion perhaps. All for now.
That photo of Bobbie in a barrel (sounds like a poem..might work on that) is insulting...she will have longer hair than that. Besides being an old alcie- a barrel may be a little offensive to here..maybe a cardboard box- waterproofed on the outside by wrapping it in bin liners.
